I had high hopes for this resort, but my experience was mixed. The location was great, and I appreciated the clean and comfortable room. However, the service left much to be desired, and I faced several maintenance issues that really affected my stay. While the dining options were good, the lack of amenities and noise disturbances were disappointing.
Rooms

The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a microwave, fridge, and iron with an ironing board. However, the worn carpets in the hallways were a letdown.
Service
5.0
The front desk staff wasn't very accommodating, and my issues went largely unaddressed. I did meet a friendly staff member later on, but overall, the responsiveness was lacking.
Location
6.0
The resort is in a decent spot, but the early morning noise from a ski team nearby was disruptive. The presence of ongoing construction was also a downside.
Dining

The food in the lounge was enjoyable and reasonably priced, which was a bright spot of my stay. However, the slow service was a bit frustrating.
Facilities

The amenities were lacking during my visit, especially with the pool and hot tub being closed for maintenance. It would have made for a more enjoyable experience if they were operational.

I had a great time celebrating my 65th birthday at this resort. The fall scenery around Collingwood was breathtaking, and the restaurants on-site offered delicious food in a clean, comfortable setting. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing great recommendations for activities, relaxation, and rejuvenation. However, my experience was slightly marred by some cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns in another stay.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. On the positive side, the one-bedroom unit I stayed in was lovely and provided a great view of the ski hills, and I appreciated the availability of discount tickets for nearby ski activities. However, the service left a lot to be desired, especially regarding issues during check-in which created unnecessary stress. Overall, it's a great location for family activities, but the service and dining options could see significant improvement.

The service was quite variable; while staff was friendly, the check-in process was frustrating due to poor communication regarding room readiness.

The resort is conveniently located near several attractions, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and great access to the ski hills.
Dining

The dining options were limited since the on-site restaurant had been replaced with construction. This was disappointing as dining out was less convenient without additional facilities.

My stay at Vitality Assurance Suites was enjoyable, thanks to the spacious and clean suite. The staff provided great service, making my experience more pleasant. However, the facility definitely needs some maintenance and improvements, especially in terms of amenities and overall upkeep. I would consider returning after some renovations.

I had a wonderful week at Living Waters Resort. The room was modern and well-equipped, making my stay very enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which added to the experience. However, the pool was under renovation, but we were able to use the pool at a sister resort nearby. Overall, a great place to visit with lots to explore in the area.
